  They forget to turn the drive through lights on most days. When they do remember, it takes them 20 minutes to respond to drive through customers.

  I’ve had TD Bank for years and I have never once had a positive experience at the Park Ave location in Worcester Ma. The staff is always rude and act as if me coming in is an inconvenience to them. On several occasions I’ve had to leave and head to a different location to be serviced. Would not recommend this location to anyone due to the staff.

  The manager Eric is very hands on...the tellers were Dealing with a very aggressive customer&Eric opened up another window to help out as there were at least 6 people waiting....WELL DONE ERIC👍

  I was racially profiled at this location. The bank’s supervisor Kerry who would not tell me her last name but I found out it’s long. Kerry long refused to deposit my check, not cash just deposit my check because it was to high she said. So because of the amount and the fact that it read, my name and the father of, with my sons name after she said she will not take it because her treasurer “might” send it back. I told her to do her job and deposit the check and let the treasurer send it back if they feel as though they need to. So she voided my check and told me to have my lawyer issue me another one with ONLY my name on it
