After waiting for the person in front of me to be waited on then passed to someone else the teller took the person at the drive up window. I guess I will go through the window first next time.

When I tried to open a secured credit card, this bank refused me due to “no credit rating in the last 6 months.” They ignored all my arguments that I had been living in the US for less than a month and therefore had no credit rating. They also couldn't explain how I should open my first secured credit card. This is absurd.
