  If I had option to give 0 stars i would give 0 stars to this bank , i had issue with my banking and visted this bank and the bank employee was very rude and not helpful , she told that mt bank acoount was blocked due to zelle activity and she cannot unblock it right away and it happened twice in 3 weeks , all my money got struck in the bank and she kept me waiting and was not answering my questions wantedly , so that i would leave soon , very unethical at work , i wont reccomned this bank to anyone

  I’ve never dealt with a more frustrating bank. TD Bank keeps changing its policies for the most unnecessary reasons. Now they require a PIN just to deposit a check — not even to withdraw money, just to deposit! It’s excessive and inconvenient. These new rules don’t make banking easier or safer, they just create more hassle for loyal customers. It’s 2025 — time to make banking more sensible, not more complicated. Good way to lose customers!!!!!

  Had the experience that I expected from a bank with the slogan "bank human". Friendly staff, easy transactions. Able and willing to print a replace card!

  Today I went to my T D bank and I met 2 nice employees and they were both nice and they helped me out of what wrong with my credit card and one of the employee said there was something wrong and she told me that Lidia was going to fix it and give me a new credit card and I did went with my mom and she was nice and sweet and cute as, knowing I am single and I let her know my mom and I will check the card today to see if I can buy something! But what best for Lidia is best for her!!!
