It seems like every month there’s a new rule, and these frequent changes are making it unnecessarily difficult for customers like myself to manage simple banking tasks such as deposits and withdrawals. Most recently, the requirement for a PIN code or for the account holder to be physically present just to make a deposit is extremely inconvenient. I can understand the need for strict rules when it comes to withdrawals or account access—but deposits? This level of restriction makes no sense and is creating a major inconvenience in our daily lives. Because of these ongoing and unnecessary changes, we are now actively looking to switch to a different bank. We are no longer satisfied with the level of customer service or the overly complicated experience being provided. I urge you to take customer feedback seriously and reconsider these policies before more loyal customers decide to take their business elsewhere. Sincerely,
