- KEKatie EmersonSep 26, 20251.0I tried to deposit a check via my mobile app, but it was over the limit, so I brought it to Workers after checking off the mobile deposit box on the check. I wasn't sure if Workers would help me deposit it, but I figured I would try. Turns out, they made the situation worse. The lady stamped my check before realizing that she would not be able to deposit my check due to a hold on my account. THEN she drew an X through the stamp! It was all very unprofessional. Then, I removed the hold on my account and brought the check back to Workers, thinking that they would help me since they were the ones who wrote on my check. The lady behind the desk tried to tell me it wouldn't be able to be deposited because of the box I checked, not because of the stamp with the X through it. LOL. So your bank ruined my check AND you won't help me deposit it AND you're trying to gaslight me about it. Nice try. Do with this information what you will, but I will never use this bank again due to the lack of competence I experienced.
