- MLMari LopezJun 26, 20251.0I personally do not have an account with TD Bank, I do however use their atm’s often. I went in and the atm only had 20 dollar bills. I proceeded to go inside and ask if they change some of the bills, this is a bank, where they have plenty of cash, and they told me no because I didn’t have an account with them. So many other banks have no problem with changing bills. Very disappointing and I will be taking my family who do have accounts with TD elsewhere!
