- CCChrisSep 26, 20252.0They recently installed a new banking software that requires you to create a new password every single time that you log in! WHY??? The new software also continued on with any existing money transfers that were previously on a continuous regular schedule. This might sound reasonable, but those money transfers don't actually show up anywhere in the new software now!!! THEREFORE, YOU CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES TO THE TRANSFERS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SHOWING UP IN THE SOFTWARE! I certainly understand that unexpected problems can happen to any business, but when can we expect that these problems will be resolved??? But no one else seems to care, so I guess I am the only one using the on line banking software?!!!

I submit a check and a week goes by with nothing so I go in and am told they put in a dispute and that they should put the money in there within a few hours but definitely within 24 hours. 5 days go by and no money so I go in again and the person sees nothing about a dispute and tells me worst case scenario I may have to bring in ANOTHER CHECK. Mind you I have the receipt showing I deposited the check! WHAT kind of disfunctional bank is this? When a bank can't do it's one job, it's time to start looking for another.

Irene and Taylor honestly the whole staff is just riveting , helpful and funny and you can naturally gravitate to there kindness .i love going to the bank because Everytime I call or go in I am helped fast and efficiently leaving me in a better mood then I came. In addition, if they don’t have the information you need they always find it same time from a peer or make a few quick calls to get it for you . Even things that aren’t bank related like I’m new into the vegan/vegetarian world and I swear I had so many great suggestions and helpful connections with store to go to for the best products that I can’t express how speechless I am .
