Which I do as well but if I have a deposit I would like to make on a Saturday I cannot . Also charging me for a bank check when I have a few accounts there. That I don’t think is fair for your customers. I had work done on my home and wanted to pay the contractor with bank check. Cost me I believe $7.00 each check crazy to me but had no choice wanted to pay with bank check. That should be changed and open half day on Saturdays like most banks. Then to me 5 stars.

Their mobile app works very well for me and I'm able to transfer my money in just a few minutes. I recommend KeyBank to anyone looking for anyone looking for a great bank!
