Every interaction feels stressful, disorganized, and far more complicated than it needs to be. Whether it’s customer service, communication, or basic transactions, nothing here runs smoothly. I strongly recommend avoiding this branch — and honestly, this bank altogether — if you value your time, peace of mind, or reliable service. The only reason I’m giving even one star is because a couple of the employees are genuinely trying their best, but they’re overshadowed by the poor leadership and overall dysfunction of this branch. At 4 pm second person showed up but the lady said bank closed . They were looking at me through glass door and didn’t bother to assist me . I went to Bank of America and in 5 minutes they notarise my paper . I will be moving the bank account from people’s bank to Bank of America .
