- MMMichelle M MilesDec 24, 20233.0I am not fond of the manner of their bill pay. My s/o would request a bill payment be submitted, and it took weeks. The payee was sending missed payment warnings. He almost lost his health insurance plan. All bills are now paid through the payees' websites. When the dates of his pension falls on a weekend, the credit union doesn't credit his account until the Monday. His payers confirmed that it should be available the previous Friday. He hasn't been in need of utilizing other services. Thus, I won't rate those.

There staff is very friendly, fast, effective, & efficient. I just wish they would convert one of the unused offices into a bathroom for member use. To wash hands before a transaction and to freshen up. They are a 5 out of 5 bank. I would highly recommend them to anyone. So give them a try would you please? Come on in. Plus they got some good looking Madam's Tina, Lisa, & Nichole. They will welcome anyone with open arms and a open heart.

As part of your loan obligation, you are required to maintain physical damage insurance for the full term of your loan. Please visit MyInsuranceInfo.com to enter and verify your insurance information so that we may update your records.

You can re-order checks at a branch, using the mail order form provided in your current box of checks, or online.
