- JAJRAZ AMay 4, 20221.0Manager here is terrible. Called me up and pulled me out of a meeting today to tell me he cannot honor an incentive for a 15 year bank member. Mind you I was already given this information and shared my concerns via the corporate line and that's the best they can do for a response. Waste of my time. Will be looking to transfer to a bank that values thier loyal customers.

We had a lot of questions, and changes to our account, it was Sunday at 3:30 PM (bank hours are till 3:00) and the staff patiently helped us. They did not bother for once that it was over time. This wasn't the first time, I have been to this bank multiple times since we moved to Walpole and this branch has been exceptional compared to other TD branches I have been. Both, John and Eric, and other staff behind the counters are fantastic. Once my account was charges a maintenance fee due to my ignorance about rules, and they were kind enough to explain the rules, and issues me to refund. This is the only bank open on Saturday and Sundays, and they are indeed the most friendly, convenient bank to go to in Walpole.
