- ELEric LambertDec 30, 20241.0Can't coordinate with their own internal departments, getting put on hold all day while you wait. Then tell you to leave and they will call you back next business day, but don't. Tell you they'll get you up and running then print you a new card for no good reason since they fail to coordinate with their own internal departments, and now you have to update all your accounts that pay with this card. TD cannot tell you why things occur, why your card stops working, why they failed to contact you about it despite having the right number on file, and cannot coordinate with their own departments to figure out what is going on. All they offer is wasting your time with workarounds.
