My recent experience with their mortgage team was extremely frustrating — instead of guiding me through the process, they made me run in circles. The team showed a lack of competence and wasted nearly two months of my time on a HELOC application that I was ultimately able to complete with another institution in just two weeks. Equally disappointing was the lack of accountability from management. The branch manager never responded to my emails or acknowledged my requests for assistance, which left me feeling ignored as a customer. For a bank that I’ve trusted for years, this level of service is unacceptable. There are several other banks in the area that value their clients and provide efficient service. Unless things improve, this branch risks losing not only my business but also the trust of other long-term customers.
