They never seem to have enough tellers on and when they are adequatley staffed the tellers are slow and easily distracted. When the lines build up they do not speed up or put other tellers on. They dont seem to have a handle on when to cash out abd when to keep the lines moving. 30 minutes is way too long to make a simple deposit on a Thursday. I had my cash back shorted once, when I returned to correct it, I was told it was my fault. Consequently this branch is $10 richer. I also agree with the last review; the floor is gross.
