    The worst bank in the area. The worst service. 3 weeks without access to my money. The worst place to travel. Terrible customer service.

    Now that they did this new bank app settings it's a tragedy. Can't transfer the same day you HAVE to wait 2-3 days, the internal transfer takes FOREVER for you to transfer to YOURSELF, how does that makes sense?! With Zelle I didn't need to wait I could transfer and pay my bills the same day now in case of emergency I can't transfer ANYTHING to my spouse because we have to wait 2-3 business days, yeah that's REALLY helpful. I hope no one has an absolute emergency and they need to transfer ANYTHING because OH NO you can't transfer and whatever your emergency is, it's not their emergency so 🤦 PUT ZELLE BACK!!! More to add; I had transferred money into my account and nothing happened, transfered a few cents in to see if maybe it'll push it through and that was around 1:00 pm TODAY it's 2:54 pm and the money IS STILL NOT TRANSFERRED More to add from yesterday; the money finally transferred....at 8:45 PM from 1:00 in the afternoon I don't know WHY anybody thought that it was a good idea to FIX what was not BROKEN in the first place

    New update, and terrible support. The call keeps dropping after an outstanding 30-minute minimum wait time. This rollout could have included the fact that you'd have to re-enroll to the mobile banking service in the initial email. Also, could have better prepared for the call volume expected since access was switched on a whim.
