- NCNathalie ClintonDec 8, 20251.0I had a terrible experience transporting my clients who use this bank every Monday to cash their checks. Today there was a security like woman who kept harassing me and my co worker while in the parking lot. Our client is 57 years old with severe health issues with poor eye sight, as we pulled our car up to let our client know where we are parked this “security lady” came storming out repeating “you can’t park here” we tried to explain our reasons but she kept cutting us off. As our client came into our car and as we were leaving this security lady stuck her middle finger out at me & my co worker while recording us against our will. I am so disappointed in the poor professionalism from this individual and the discrimination towards us and our handicapped client.

Can't transfer the same day you HAVE to wait 2-3 days, the internal transfer takes FOREVER for you to transfer to YOURSELF, how does that makes sense?! With Zelle I didn't need to wait I could transfer and pay my bills the same day now in case of emergency I can't transfer ANYTHING to my spouse because we have to wait 2-3 business days, yeah that's REALLY helpful. I hope no one has an absolute emergency and they need to transfer ANYTHING because OH NO you can't transfer and whatever your emergency is, it's not their emergency so 🤦 PUT ZELLE BACK!!! More to add; I had transferred money into my account and nothing happened, transfered a few cents in to see if maybe it'll push it through and that was around 1:00 pm TODAY it's 2:54 pm and the money IS STILL NOT TRANSFERRED More to add from yesterday; the money finally transferred....at 8:45 PM from 1:00 in the afternoon I don't know WHY anybody thought that it was a good idea to FIX what was not BROKEN in the first place FOR SOME REASON I CANT DO MORE THAN ONE REVIEW ILL UPDATE THEN; TRIED TO TRANSFER AT 12 PM NOTHING HAPPENED YET AGAIN!!!!! CHECKED AROUND 5 PM AND THR MONEY FINALLY TRANSFERRED!!!! DONT HAVE EMERGENCIES ON THE WEEKENDS PEOPLE YOULL DIE BEFORE THE MONEY GETS TRANSFERRED!!!! JAN 3 2026
