- CCChrisSep 28, 20252.0They recently installed a new banking software that requires you to create a new password every single time that you log in! WHY??? The new software also continued on with any existing money transfers that were previously on a continuous regular schedule. This might sound reasonable, but those money transfers don't actually show up anywhere in the new software now!!! THEREFORE, YOU CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES TO THE TRANSFERS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EXIST IN THE SOFTWARE! I certainly understand that unexpected problems can happen to any business, but, when can we expect these problems to be resolved??? No one else seems to care, so I guess I am the only one using the on line banking software?!!!

However the physical location also closed on the following Saturday, and their ATM’s were ‘experiencing issues’ 4 days with no access to my own money is diabolical, and a slippery slope. Cash is king while banks like these exist. Good luck.
