Instead of keeping quiet she kept bitching and not helping the rest of the people that was waiting in line not professional at all. While the other teller was saying to her let go she still was talk about it in front of other customers

It wasn't so much that they were busy, but the way it was committed, not even a sorry! Seriously? How long does it take to print a debit card? You can't have one teller who is trained to fill the human need to quickly replace a debit card? Ok.
