- AEAdam EllisJan 1, 20261.0Terrible bank. Any time I try to do something with my money there is a story. Try to log in on their app- there's a story why it doesn't work. Try to set up a checking account for my kid- there's a story why it takes 3 days and multiple attempts for them to figure it out. I hardly ever do anything besides deposit and withdraw funds. Anytime I do something else there is always and issue- ever single time and I have been a customer for over 12 years. Dedham's computer systems, app, website, and customer support as such a headache. If you live in Sharon, MA and are looking for a bank consider another option.
