I cannot stress with enough importance: if you plan on using this branch for business, do yourself a favor and bring your banking needs to any other local TD branch. You'll find burnt out, consistently unpleasant tellers who are unable to assist with anything in the branch - you'll receive promises of callbacks that never come, and you'll never be able to reach them via telephone. It's important to have a bank that you can count on to not only meet your business needs, but do so with a knowledgable & friendly team. You will receive nothing of that kind here. Save yourself the headache and frustration and enjoy the scenery on the bridge on your way to bank with TD on Cabot Street in Beverly instead.

I've been a TD Bank Customer for many years. My complaint right now is there is no convenient Salem location to do banking. I wish you had at least an ATM here in town that you could make cash deposits. I live close to Peabody, and was going to walk to the one on Main St. Good thing I looked it up on line as it's now closed! Considering Santander Bank for everything, as they have a bank on Essex St here in Salem. The TDBank on Loring Ave is too far of a walk. They need more help, I just spoke with woman named Pam on the phone at the Salem location. Very abrupt with me, and didn't have time to help me. I've been a TD customer for close to 20 years in NH and Mass. Think it's time to change to Santander.
