I went with a friend to open a new business account, and right away the service felt unprofessional. Instead of taking us into one of the available offices, two employees (an Asian lady and a white lady) began asking us personal questions out in the hallway, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. On top of that, one of them started asking irrelevant questions that made the process even more frustrating. The whole experience left a bad impression, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone. We left immediately and went to M&T Bank, where the service was excellent—professional, private, and five-star in every way.
