- JVJosh VaughnFeb 12, 20251.0I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this TD Bank branch, largely due to Nertila, the bank teller. She repeatedly lied to me throughout the process, and even after I escalated the issue to customer service, she continued to mislead/lie to me. It was clear she was more focused on hitting her KPIs than actually providing helpful service. She promised things when I signed up for a credit card that she later completely went back on once the card arrived. When I went back to cancel the card, the atmosphere in the branch was uncomfortable and unfriendly. The store was disorganized, and not a single person greeted me when I walked in. The staff, including the managers, were uneducated and tried to pitch me another credit card while I was actively trying to close my account. TD Bank’s slogan, "Unexpectedly Human," couldn’t be further from the truth at this location. I felt like I was dealing with NPCs/robots who do not care about the customers needs. Even people who have had a TD account for years. This service is unprofessional and unacceptable. I can see why she is not a manager with the manner inwhich she helps customers. SAVE yourself the trouble and go to one of the other branches in Quincy instead.

- ATArgen TiaJun 15, 20152.0TD Bank customers service do mistakes that cost you a lot. I deposited a check with value of $6,000 for the first time after I moved to MA. They cancelled my deposit after 3 days without even telling me. I knew that 3 weeks later after I checked my account online. They claimed the address on the check is not the same current address. They are still holding my check, although I sent them all documents they asked for to prove that my address has been changed. Now I have to cancel the check and asked my company to send me a new one. I don't want to talk about other mistakes happen at different branch when I transferred money to different banks. Be careful when you deal with TD Bank.
