    Call center is ineffective. Don’t bother calling just go in to a branch to get anything done or fixed. Ridiculous.

    I think its time for a new atm!!! Cause this one suxs! Maybe I should just find a new bank. Got plenty of money in my account, why I can't get my money out the atm!?

    My first phone call to get information about an auto loan was pretty painful. The woman put me on hold everytime I had a question. It was a 15 min call to cover 3 questions. Guess this is what you sacrifice for a lower rate. Too much of a red flag at the start

    I applied for a car loan - refinance was told I was approved by Irina - and my precious car loan is still going thru nothing has happened just like I didn’t even apply there. I gave all the paper work, left voice messages, email messages, texts and no call back no emails this has been going on for over one month - ridiculous. No one has called me back to tell me what’s going on????? What kind of place does that????
