They send me an email that they are cancelling my coverage in 2 months, so I call to try to update my address. The woman transfers me without saying anything to the wrong department, that guy just goes dead air and walks away from the phone. So I call again, the same miserable woman answers, I say the same thing, trying to change my address, last time you transferred me to the wrong place. She goes "you cant do that til 9am" yah you folks sure are professional. Ill be calling back at 9am, explaining what she did to a real man. I love how most of your phone numbers are shut down / disabled. Maybe you shouldnt have a gigantic fancy building in MA when you arent even allowed to do business here for being so corrupt (spending no money on actual care)

I am constantly either being put on hold or I am transferred from one person to the next for over a week with nothing getting done. Every person who I have ever talked to that has had to go through guardian to get their fmla will tell you the same thing. They make it almost impossible to get your checks and that they are atrocious at communication to the point it feels like it is on purpose.
