I brought my bed bound parent to finally open an account , we arrived more than an hour to their closing but they wouldn’t even care to help him open an account, all the assistant manager kept ranting about is that they are short staffed! The bank was empty, literally no customers, and there was another it does not take long to just go above and beyond to help someone that is bringing you business..I will be taking my business elsewhere! I will be closing my account here.

- BCBruce ChipmanMay 11, 20221.0This is the worst Branch I have ever dealt with my father-in-law has been doing business with this bank for 30 years he sends since moved come in to change the address with him they said you're all set the address change never went through we would have checked from them till over a month to get them with five phone calls have not received a monthly statement and over 6 months and they say he has to come in to change the address which is what we did on March 19th this bank is totally inadequate I also think the one-star rating I gave them was too high but you had to give him something so you can post a review beware of this branch
- GLGiovania LimaAug 2, 20211.0I’m still inside TD bank while writing this review. I have a business account here, i needed to pay the rent for my business. I walked in and the line was huge. I spotted this guy (I’m not sure but I guess he is the manager his name is Steve) sitting on his office on the right hand side and asked for his help ( He was was not busy, just using his phone) . He told me I had to wait in line. So I did. He could’ve helped me but just didn’t wanted to. Maybe because I have an accent and had work clothes on? That’s the impression I had. I’m not coming back to this location on Lowell Street anymore. The woman who helped me also treated me with an attitude. What’s wrong with this people? They treat you like you’re not welcome here! I never had a problem on other locations before, I usually go to TD in South Peabody or the one on Cross street and never was treated like this. Very poor costumer service at this location.
