I spotted this guy (I’m not sure but I guess he is the manager his name is Steve) sitting on his office on the right hand side and asked for his help ( He was was not busy, just using his phone) . He told me I had to wait in line. So I did. He could’ve helped me but just didn’t wanted to. Maybe because I have an accent and had work clothes on? That’s the impression I had. I’m not coming back to this location on Lowell Street anymore. The woman who helped me also treated me with an attitude. What’s wrong with this people? They treat you like you’re not welcome here! I never had a problem on other locations before, I usually go to TD in South Peabody or the one on Cross street and never was treated like this. Very poor costumer service at this location.
