- RJRoberto Nieves De jesusNov 15, 20251.0Completely Messed up on my check, i asked to cash it and and to put a certain ammount in my account (mind you it was a TD bank check), I walked out of there with an ammount of -$356.81 charge on my account plus funds not being available till tuesday. went back to see what happened and the manager credits me $500 so i can have availability to some of my funds. i’m being more than patient at this point, when i go to pay my phone bill… you guessed it! the card declines! i check my online banking and i have zero access to any of the credit they put on their becuase it was marked “pending” so i go to the bank one more time and i get told by the manager “looks like your card was blocked for insufficient funds, they’ll take care of it when they get to it” but only allowed me to withdraw $200 out of my account, In my opinion from the experience i had, you’re Better off just cashing your check at the local liquor store before opening an account here just to avoid a fee, You’ll have access to your money right away without any surprises.

I am dictating this review and I already have been in the drive-through for five minutes with no one coming to the window. I do not know why they don’t have a set up at the window and someone seated there at all times. It would make for a much more Efficiently run bank for the workers and the customers. Having said all that the staff is always very nice. Somehow they need to get the higher-ups involved to make this run more efficiently.
- JGJames GeddesSep 22, 20251.0Another day of hitting the drive-through (31 Cross St. Peabody) to make a deposit for my work, and another day of sitting there for 20 minutes, seeing a line inside, seeing 1 person at the counter, being ignored at the drive through, and then seeing a man in a suit walk by his waiting customers on 2 occasions. 2 Customers waiting behind me drove away. This is the poorest location of one of the poorest banks I have ever had the mis-fortune of visiting. This is a common occurrence at this branch of TD bank. They do not have enough help and treat the customers very poorly. Choose a different branch if you must go to TD Bank. Choose another bank if you are able.
- SPSean PowersAug 9, 20255.0I went into this branch on a Saturday with a whole laundry list of things I needed to square away for my Dads Estate. Aamir could not have been more patient and understanding of the situation. He spent over a hour helping me get things in order. I can't say enough good things about this man and how he not only helped me but treated me with compassion and empathy. When I left I felt lucky that Aamir was the one who helped me.
