Arden was very rude to me. I went with my mom, who has an account there. My mom asked her to give her large bills, and she was too lazy to call someone to access the vault, so she told us to go to another branch. She is so lazy!!!

Sue, the manager, has a very thick accent. I didn’t understand any of her words, so I asked to meet with a English speaker at the branch. She then told me to leave the branch. Who does she think she is, the owner of the bank?

Terrible service! Arden, one of the tellers, was on her cellphone instead of helping customers. The line got too long, and when I complained, she said that if I didn’t want to wait, I could just close my accounts. She should be fired!
