She helped me resolve my issues in a timely efficient way. Main Street Bank (MSB) is a great place to do business with .. the staff is professional, responsive, and personable. They have from the time I opened my account been there to answer questions and work with me. The entire staff is so customer oriented - in fact several years ago when I first switched from another bank to MSB (at that time it was Marlborough Savings Bank) I had asked when the ‘mobile deposit’ feature was going to be available - the tech folks actually called me and asked me if I would help beta test the application. Now that’s personal service.
