- HDHM DJul 1, 20251.0I’ve never seen a bank more racially profiled in my life. Just the 10 minutes I was standing in line. All the white people could be helped but any Spanish person or mixed person waiting in line no one could help . The big white lady came out of her office to tell me I had to make an appointment when she was free and available, but she had no problem helping the white guy behind me so if you’re not white, don’t go here

Brought my teenager in to open a new account and they could not have been more unhelpful in explaining anything and would not offer any assistance. If it doesn't change I will move all account to another bank
