Juan’s leadership and thoughtful guidance also stood out, he explained everything clearly and made us feel genuinely welcome. It was wonderful to see such great teamwork between them. Our daughter was thrilled to be greeted as a new customer, and the thoughtful TD Bank souvenirs and refreshments made the experience even more special.
