They look forward to just sitting pretty behind a desk and discussing personal lives using foul language in front of customers which is the least of their problem. But when you make it seem like a customer walking in with questions and concerns is a burden when your job is to handle just that is honestly beyond me. The whole company needs a re-evaluation. I’d recommend bank five any day for their exceptional effort to serve their customers.
