I was greeted by one teller who was kind, but unclear on how to answer my question. She turned towards another teller to ask for clarification and that teller just stated the same answer to me over and over, even when I asked for clarification. I was trying to ask how I would re-deposit the check and when I kept trying to seek clarification the teller became visibly annoyed with me, and was sighing and used an irritated tone of voice. I felt dismissed and had to leave the bank and go call customer service to actually understand the answer she kept telling me. I definitely will find a different location to interact face-to-face with because banking should not leave anyone feeling confused and disrespected.
