At the time I was under a lot of pressure to get many tasks done as Trustee of my father's estate and Michael had compassion for what I was going through and went way out of his way to help me. Beyond that he had empathy for the loss of my father. This was customer service on a level I have never experienced before. Not only did he solve the checking account problem but he also took a genuine interest in my father's life story and gave me some guidance on how to finish my tasks as Trustee. I will never forget this experience. Truly amazing, Thanks Michael !!
