  I opened an account here because I wanted a local banking presence. Our main banking relationship is with an online only bank. Because joint accounts cannot be opened online, we visited a branch in person. Unfortunately, the experience was marked by repeated and avoidable errors. My husband’s name was entered incorrectly, requiring additional paperwork to correct it. Our address was then entered incorrectly as well, necessitating yet more forms. Even the username my husband explicitly provided was misspelled. To compound these issues, the staff could not confirm whether the advertised new-account promotion would be honored. They assured us the promotions team would likely honor it, so we continued and opened the account. It has now been three weeks without any follow-up or resolution. I've asked multiple times and they claim they're still working on it. At this point, we will likely look for another local bank that demonstrates greater attention to detail and basic operational competence.

  ABSOLUTE WORST BANK BRANCH EVER ACROSS THE BOARD!!! Where to start? Inept tellers, openly lazy employees, poor management (manager AND the assistant manager) and the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The young man with glasses stands out the most. He is particularly unprofessional AND inept. He's a teller. He couldn't answer the most basic of questions when asked and his attitude throughout was most discourteous. It's positively stunning to me that he's in a position where customer service is supposed to be valued. The manager can't or won't "manage" her employees at all. She seems nice enough, but is definitely not doing the job. "J" treats customers vastly differently depending on...who knows? It's almost humorous to wait in line to see how differently he treats one person vs. another. The young male associate (not a teller) was reclined in his seat and seemed to be doing anything but working even though there's generally only one teller which can lead to long wait times. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank or branch of TD Bank to go to. You'll be glad you did.

  First of all,the rumors that they are no longer open.That is incorrect. my serviceman:Mitch.As soon as I walked in a young man was about to pass me,without hestitance he greeted me.I had my new debit card starting to print in the 4 mins.i had to tell I couldn't find or wasn't sure if i dropped it and its gone.And then proceeded to help me with the online log-in,i was not able to fix the problem myself.and I was on my merry way.of course this young man had a smile the entire time,knew what he was doing,all while I was talking away.Thank you Mitch Brandy G

  Super friendly tellers. They all know me by name. Been banking there for a very long time. No plans to leave.
