- DEDiego EspinalSep 6, 20252.0I made an appointment for 1:30pm to open an account 2 hours earlier arrived at 1:20 a lady teller told me to sit and wait someone will assist me waited 33 minutes then Raphael comes out no apologies and said oh I was assisting a costumer on phone and another excuse is he didn’t know there were any appointments! He doesn’t seem friendly nor does he have any customer service skills I explained that for some reason their website won’t let me open an account even with an excellent credit that I have I wanted to take advantage of the cash bonus Raphael said yeah can only get the bonus if you open account online not in physical branch but would try to get me bonus he did nothing! So after all I wanted to deposit cash on my account he said go to teller as the money would be available right away if you use atm it would be available for withdrawal in 2 days I didn’t care I just wanted to deposit the money With only 2 tellers and so many people coming in I left to pick up son from school I returned later that day for me to go work about 15 min before they closed and their were still a lot of people on line yeah they need to hire more tellers !! I just went straight to atm and deposited my cash

If anyone needs an account open or any banking info look for Lionel at this TD bank. He went the extra mile for me with any questions and concerns I had with my account. He will do the same for you. - SSShannonJan 26, 20222.0I opened my account in Hudson, I have been coming to the Marlborough branch now for several months since the Hudson branch closed. Sadly I will be closing my account with TD bank due to the slow service here. Unfortunately it’s just not acceptable to be sitting at a drive up with no line for 20+ minutes. Normally I can be open minded about this but it has been the case during several visits now.

I love it too! I had bad credit in the past and other banks turned me away, but they were like, "no problem!" So I am very glad to highly recommend this bank.
