- YHyoussef haitiJun 14, 20251.0This was a terrible first time experience. I was told that they only had two tellers working. I made it easier and created my account online. All they had to do was give me the physical card when I got there. When I called back to confirm, the teller tells me that she cannot give me the card after previously telling me on the phone that I’m able to receive one the same day. That’s unacceptable experience for a bank this big. I had to delete my account and look for a different bank, because I was provided with complete incorrect information. If I can give -5 stars, I would.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Every time I come to use the atm in the doors I can’t deposit my checks because there’s no pens. Not very “americas most convenient bank” of you. Love this location and it’s employees otherwise, I just want to actually fully do the banking I drive here to do when I do it and not have to go home and use the app to finish my banking tasks.
