- EAEudes Alves6 days ago1.0Terrible bank, absolutely horrible service. I opened my account last Friday, 01/02/2026, and by the afternoon my Zelle and transfers were blocked. I called and spent 45 minutes on the phone, but nothing was resolved. I called again today and was told that my Zelle has been permanently canceled and that I need to find another way to make transfers. They do not explain the reason — they just read prepared messages. What reason could there be when I just opened the account and haven’t even used or set up Zelle yet?
