Worked with a teller who's name starts with E, who I'm presuming is new who smirked at me when I told him I fell. He and the person helping him also managed to get the name of a business I was writing a bank check for wrong despite it being written out in plain-text for them. I love TD bank and I've used them since they bought out Commerce bank where I'm from, but I won't be using this branch again. All in all, be careful at this location, they don't salt the sidewalks or care if people slip. Very disappointed in the staff at this branch, your Boston associates are more polite and friendly
