    I love TD bank, I've had an account with them for years. I had an issue with my credit card and Benjamin took the time to understand the problem and got everything straightened out. The customer service was out of this world!

    Disgusting.I have banked here for years. multiple accounts. Somehow their system blocked out the account number of a check I deposited, without any explanation or apology, bounced the check and charge me $20 for their mistake. Guy in the suit, Brian ,Longmeadow office, didn't really seem to care much. He said that it's no big deal just go ask for another check. That's a giant aggravation for me, shame on td. I've been banking here a long time, certainly reconsidering the wisdom of that given that really "I don't care attitude." Ryan seemed to think that they could make as many mistakes as they want, and I can just solve the problem. What's the big deal? When I pushed back that maybe their system should have some failsafe, he gave me the most insincere "I'm sorry " I have ever heard. Told me I should understand the machines are imperfect, and that if they put me through a bunch of agrevation, I should just go with the flow. This guy is a joke. Bank somewhere else!
