- YOYep OkOct 28, 20251.0I had called td bank for a dispute for a product that came in broken, when I called the td bank near the mall the lady that had answered was very rude and seemed like she was not interested to help me, she had said to me there was nothing they could do and I would have to resolve it with the merchant themselves, so I went in to speak to someone and even when I talked to someone else in person at the td they were rude and didn’t really help me at all. They need to start hiring better people to work there! I’m going to switch banks to a bank that actually cares about there costumers.

Straight up, the employees here are perhaps the most unwelcoming, unfriendly and borderline miserable tellers I've yet encountered. I have closed my account and switched to nearby Citizen's Bank (also Hyannis) So different there, I encounter staff that smiles, gives welcoming greetings ... and interact with basic politeness and helpful interactions. Night and day difference! FYI...if it matters, I am over 40 and have visited (and been a member of) my share of banks all across the east coast. This TD bank was the worst bank by far. Lastly be very aware of fees. TD will get you with fees on everything. Move on and pass TD up in general. I am so much happier having left them.

- UUUnknownJul 21, 20251.0Broke down in the mall lot today, NOT in the bank lot. Been dealing with engine issues on a vacation. What do they do? They call mall security repeatedly. What does mall security do? Treats me like I'm less than human, asks me what's going on (I tell him), and he says I have an hour to leave the lot, then immediately jumps on the phone to police, and tells them I refused to leave. (I didn't refuse). Then when I try to ask him if he would like me to limp my car off his lot, he ignores me repeatedly. Imagine being such crappy humans.
