- DRDaniel ReisOct 22, 20252.0I'm editing the (original) review below. Chargepoint sent me an email after I reported a problem with the charger. Essentially it said the owners (the bank) has no interest in fixing the charger. VERY different than the public relations dishonesty of a response the bank posted below my review. In essence, they are covering up. Again, charging is not really the responsibility of a bank, but perhaps the maintenance - and lack of - the charger is a good representation of the bank itself. ( here is ChargePoint's answer" "Our team has reached out to the station owner, but they have decided not to repair the station at this time. We will close the ticket but will be ready to support the owner if they decide to repair." ) Original review: Well, I did not have much trouble with the banking. But I did choose this location because it is not too far from work, and I could charge my car while banking. But....the charger is the absolute worst I have ever used. It has two chargers; one has been "broken" for months even though it is reported as working. The other one: sometimes it is "on", most times it is off. I understand the bank confining car charging to hours the bank is open. But.......to list it as a perk is dishonest. The person responsible for the charger only seemingly turns it on when they he / she feels like it. EV owners know: reliability is the most important thing; if one counts on a charger, and it doesn't work...it is horrible. I realize this post has been about chargers, not the banking. But it seems to mirror what others have written about the banking: lack of caring, sloppiness......

I notified them of my trip in person, so far they have froze my card twice and I haven’t even been abroad for 1 week. They are unreliable and haven’t helped at all. DO NOT USE THIS BANK unless you want to be stranded in another country with no access to your bank account.
- CCChrisSep 23, 20252.0They recently installed a new banking software that requires you to create a new password every single time that you log in! WHY??? The new software also continued on with any existing money transfers that were previously on a continuous regular schedule. This might sound reasonable, but those money transfers don't actually show up anywhere in the new software now!!! THEREFORE, YOU CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES TO THE TRANSFERS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SHOWING UP IN THE SOFTWARE! I certainly understand that unexpected things can happen to any business, but I hope that someone is working on these problems?

As a small business owner, they've made it next to impossible to manage my business account in conjunction with my personal accounts. The conversion to their new online banking system was a debacle that continues to be so. And forget integrating with QuickBooks—the industry standard for accounting software. If you look up "degradation of service" in the dictionary, you'll see the PeoplesBank logo. Nice tellers, tho.
