They asked why to many questions and the conversation is being recorded. How do we know that our information isn't being stolen!? It was much better when we could just do it ourselves.

Tina was knowledgeable about the accounts and services WCU offers to their members. I was told about the Advantage accounts. I told Tina that in the future I would have more monies to invest and she shared with me the latest CD RATES. Tina is very personable making it a pleasant hour and a half visit.
