Then they closed another local location and completely failed to prepare this branch for the upcoming amount of customers. Wait times exceed 20-30 mins regularly. During COVId? Forget about it. They also won’t answer phones, which may be because they don’t have enough staff for the 2 drive up windows. Either way, the people working are friendly but as for as being America’s most convenient bank, hard no. Plenty of other local banks in the area that have handled the current situation like a bank should.
