- MLMichael LabrecqueFeb 28, 20251.0This bank is horrible rude tellers unwilling to work with me to get my debit card back.Card got sucked into atm because there has been ongoing problem with card I'm an amputee and my 1 leg is not in good shape just spent 6 months in rehab to get back up on it they would not let me send someone to pick it up so now I need to risk being injured to go pick it up..when I called customer service first lady so nice her supervisor beyond rude to didn't try to help in anyway..said he can't do anything to help...THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BANK PERIOD...they have the same attitude thru the whole system and that's that they can't and don't want to be bothered to do their jobs at all...we are in deep trouble these are the lazy people out in business today...Just no clue why he couldn't have his sister pick the card up..Def don't do anything to help your own customers..they will have 1 less very soon..more excuses from just another place unwilling to work with someone ..I'm not wasting another second of my time with you or anyone else ay key bank..what's their excuse for being beyond rude..there isn't one I'll be switching banks and I'm sure you don't care but 1 person at a time is how establishments close so keep refusing to work with people in situations like being handicapped in a state with ice and snow all over ...you going to pay my hospital bill when I end up on the ground..itl take me 2 months to change my direct deposit but I will and I will also leave a review about your bank on every site I can..maybe you should think about putting another method in place for problems like this..by all means just keep doing it the way you are .
