- CAchrystal aurelioNov 19, 20251.0I walked into your empty bank and was not greeted by anyone for a bit. I walked into with a pretty decent amount of money hoping to open a savings account at your bank yesterday. She asked if I could come back tomorrow and also asked me if I had an ID or a license. I informed her that I had a passport in a utility bill from my home. She said to “ You don’t have a license or an ID?” I said again I have a passport, which I’m pretty sure trumps a license or a ID. After that, I was just turned off by the whole situation and told her I would call back tomorrow and left. Personality attitude, customer service all negative. I do have a business card, but I will not state her name. Next stop after that was to Bank 5 down the street who took care of me right away thank you very much for your customer service Bank five.
