  Anytime you go into a bank, normally they try to upsell you all sorts of stuff you don't need or are interested in before even getting to know you and build a relationship....they're built different here and I would love to shout out Jeanne Teresa and Kaylee for being so wonderful lovely and ever so sweet and making my morning with that cake and just being so lovable... I had come in earlier than i should to meet with a lender (margaret shoutout to you too honey thank you) and while im waiting, they just have saw something in me or thats how they genuinely are, possibly a combo of both to just take time out of their day to notice me and to not make me feel bored or alone and given the state of customer service these days, thats as exceptional as can get and rare as can get....I also appreciate they took the time to introduce themselves as to getting to know me and it's given me more thought to being their newest customer, especially when they said they hoped to see me again and i know a smile and personality like mine is rare at 9-10am Jeanne Teresa and Kaylee I love you all already and stay wonderful lovely and sweet and see you gems again

  It's well worth it to step into this branch to open an account and bank eith them. Friendly, professional help with great service offerings.

  Highly recommend Liberty bank!! 🏦 They went above and beyond in setting up a new account; sent the new account info via docusign and it only took a couple minutes in branch. They’re quick, efficient and highly responsive. Haley and Tanner at the front office have been great to work with! Thank you!!
