The Dudley branch manager refuses to cash my checks ! At least 20 times now! Nobody else does this except her! I have cash millions in checks there! But she won't let me even cash one for 100!!! It is only her! She is the most unprofessional bad for business person I have ever seen! I have done nothing to promote this ever! She doesn't deserve a position of authority when she has poor customer skills! This place needs to rethink her position!! Or move her elsewhere! I have been banking there for many30 years and have had accounts there over 20 years to not let me cash a check is poor business!!!

They’re good for every day banking but wouldn’t recommend getting a mortgage through them. There is zero forgiveness or help if you are having financial trouble and trouble paying your mortgage. Other companies will let you skip a payment every few years if you’re having financial problems -not this place.

Worst service I have received from a bank ever. They were giving me so many issues and I just went to the one in Webster instead and it ended up taking a total of 10 minutes. Management needs to communicate with staff as far as policy and procedure goes.

Additionally, you are eligible if you are a current Webster First employee, are a volunteer in the community, or are the spouse of someone who died while within the field of membership.

If your ATM/Debit Card has been lost or stolen during business hours, please call us at (800) 962-4452 for immediate assistance. If your card has been lost or stolen after hours, please call (800) 528-2273 for assistance.
How do I re-order checks?
You can re-order checks at a branch, using the mail order form provided in your current box of checks, or online. When you are ready to re-order your checks online, please make sure to have your check re-order slip ready. To place an order, log in to Harland Clarke’s check reordering website. Yes, you do need to be a member in order to obtain a loan from Webster First, however, you don’t need to be a member in order to apply. We can sign you up for membership when you finalize your loan.
