- SLSuzanne LoewenDec 27, 20255.0I was just in your office, spoke with George .I have to say he was one of the nicest reps . I have ever come upon. I just got a new IPhone.I always had an android.I know less than nothing , and less than that about phones. I had all my apps transferred , and the only one that did not transfer was my Dedham saving app. I was freaking out because I use it all the time.So I drove to the bank . I was already in Dedham, but I live in R.I..He went above and beyond to get my app back on my phone.When any kind of electronics are foreign to you.This was huge.He did make me feel like an idiot.I asked if he could put my GPS on my phone.He tried , but needed to be in the vehicle. He offered, and set everything up for me. I am good to go now.Also my music is good to go.I was very anxious about all this. I cannot thank him enough .Imagine if every employer delivered that kind of customer service. Imagine if every person acted as George did.I am so thankful.He did not have to do that that, but he did.Thank you George!!!!Happy New Year.To all ,Being nice and kind is Free. Best, Sue

I spoke to Melissa and she had me hold for the longest. She was suppose to be an assistant manager but kept putting me on hold for the easiest questions. I don’t have an account and would never open an account there.
