She is currently in assisted living facility. So as a result me and my sister are taking care of her money as powers of attorney. Twice a month I take a measly $20. So she likes her single dollar bills because they don’t always have change. It just makes things easier for her. So I take the money, the measily 20 bucks out of the atm. I proceed to a teller and ask for singles. She asked me if I had an account and I explained that my mom does She said that if I personally don’t have an account I can’t change a twenty dollar bill. What kind of customer service is this? My mom went to TD bank in Ludlow once a week and all the tellers knew her and were always pleasant. I am going to speak to my sister about this incident. I was made to feel like a fool. Where else do you go to change a twenty dollar bill Very disappointed and very embarrassed about what I went through to change a twenty dollar bill. Would never recommend this bank
