- MKMichael Kazalis6 days ago1.0Peoples Bank was a great Bank to use up until there recent New System Release. Since then everything is slower and not in hours but in Days to complete, From simple deposits to be credited to your account in Days instead of a few Hours. Because of this delay your Withdrawals are now Coming out First and for many people they are getting hit with a $35.00 Overdraft Fees that we were not paying before this New System Update. And Forget trying to call Customer Service to help you to Reverse the Overdraft Fees, They never are able to process overdraft reversal fees over the phone NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL IN NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALLS YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO GO IN PERSON TO A BRANCH TO HAVE IT DONE NOW WITH THERE NEW SYSTEM UPDATE. I hope to Move My Accounts to Another Bank soon.

I have been coming here soley for cashing a certain check I receive for quite some time. However when I was met with the rude teller I was displeased and voiced it. I demanded the teller be reported for rude service and was met with more attitude. When I said I would never be coming back I was told “Youre not a customer here so it doesn’t matter if you come back” by the bank manager. Extremely unprofessional service and management. I will not be returning.
