- SNS F NSep 23, 20251.0I've been with Citizens for decades, and generally have found them to be a well run bank with good customer service. But the few instances I have had to deal with this particular branch, it has been a poor experience each time. The bankers are curt and have a superior attitude, as if they are doing you a great favor explaining their offerings and accepting your business. I just had another such interaction with one of their bankers, Mr. Alcharrakh, who mansplained how money market rates work while finally admitting that the promotional rate Citizens uses to motivate large deposits is only going to be in effect for a couple of months before dropping to rates substantially below other financial institution offerings. I will continue with Citizens for routine banking, but this is my last time interacting with this Chestnut Hill branch.
