- LBLove BodybalmsJul 11, 20172.0I always go to TD Bank in Chelsea to get change for large bills and not to mention that I have an account with the bank. I never have any issues when I go to the bank until today. The branch manager Daniella is extremely rude and unprofessional. Besides waiting in line for 25 minutes (they're clearly understaffed, and I see why as their manager isn't the best) Daniella was extremely short and rude when I said I was there to get change. The first thing she asked me was if I had a TD bank account (obviously I do as I came with a td bank green envelope that carries cash in it). I told her I do, but I just need change for the bills in my hand. Next she asked if the change was for a business (not that it should matter, 1.) I have an account, and 2.) if I'm giving you money to change for smaller bills you're giving me back the same amount just in the bills I requested) anyway I told her yes and she proceeded to tell me with an attitude that this would be the only exception and going forward my company would have to open an account in order to receive change. I simply stated that I go to her branch every 2 weeks to get change and have never come across any issues. She responded that "The tellers aren't going to say no, but since she is the manager she is informing me of the policy". She proceeded to take 20 minutes with a bank line of 7 people who were all complaining about her specifically. I will be closing this account and opening up with Bank of America. Daniella is the worst bank manger I have ever encountered.
