The Chelmsford branch employees were very helpful and pleasant assisting me with the application and answering the many questions we had regarding the services they provide. We are also working with the mortgage loan group at the Littleton branch. They are also very pleasant, extremely competent and always accessible.

First of all, I'm glad they have gone back to teller service again and not just those self serve machines, but the employees are not very friendly or understanding. In the past few months, I think they all left, which I don't blame them. Steven was so nice as well as a few others (don't remember their names). I walked in on a Saturday, and had a question about my account. I spoke to several employees about my potentially negative situation, and none of them seemed to have any sort of empathy or compassion. I have been working in customer service for years, and this is NOT how you treat people. Especially working at a bank, you need people who are personable and understanding, as there are many members with different issues they need help with. Also, the 1-800 phone customer service is awful. I wish it was easier to get through to someone without having to press a million buttons. Sadly, I will be switching credit unions. It's too bad cause the only positive is their interest rates are pretty good.
